Membership Specialist
A great opportunity
The Links, Incorporated seeks to recruit a Membership Specialist. The individual in this role serves as a primary contact for members, chapters, Area Directors and the National Officers on all day-to-day issues related to membership in The Links, Inc., including induction of new members, the maintenance of accurate records on existing and past members and ensuring chapters have all information needed to abide by the organization’s membership requirements. Will also be responsible for providing custom and ad hoc reports (Crystal Reports) and monitoring overall membership data. Proficient in ACCESS, EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT and other software to accomplish office functions. An undergraduate degree in Communications, English, Business or other related field is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with iMIS or any other membership database and/or MS SQL would be a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and good organization and planning skills are essential in this role. The position
