Keeping with the night’s theme “Leading with Excellence, Serving Greater Queens with Grace,” Dr. Kimberly Jeffries Leonard, the National President of The Links Incorporated and Jacqueline Arrington-Pinkard, President of Greater Queens Chapter of The Links, Incorporated had the honor of presenting “The Exonerated 5”, (previously known as “The Central Park 5”), with the chapter’s inaugural “Phoenix Award.”
